CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION GC SECTION 54956.9(c), (d)(2), and (e)(1) A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(c), (d)(2), and (e)(1) because a point has been reached where, in the opinion of the City Council, on the advice of the City Attorney, based on existing facts and circumstances there is a significant exposure to litigation against the City in 3 cases, where the facts and circumstances giving rise to an exposure to litigation are believed to be unknown to the putative plaintiffs.
