16. Approval of a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) in the amount of $28,700.00 to repair the Betty Ainsworth Sports Center exterior doors. RECOMMENDED MOTION: Staff Recommends that the City Council approves a Blanket Purchase Order for J & J Locksmith in the amount of $28,700.00.
