8H. Grant application to the California Interagency Council on Homelessness (Cal ICH) Round 3 of the Encampment Resolution Funding (ERF) Grant Program (ERF-3-R). Environmental Considerations: The action being considered by the City Council is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it is not a "project" under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA Guidelines. The action involves an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in the direct or indirect physical change in the environment. Contact Persons: Housing Services Manager Dacey and Policy Planning and Housing Manager Anders Recommended Action: 1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to submit an application to Cal ICH for Round 3 of the Encampment Resolution Funding; and 2) If funding is awarded, authorize the City Manager to enter, execute, and deliver an agreement with Cal ICH, or designee, in an amount to be awarded. 2024-06-12 Item 08H Encampment Grant Application
