ADOPT Resolution 24-055 and APPROVE Funding Agreement Amendment No. 1 with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority extending the project completion date to June 30, 2024. 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Funding Agreement Amendment No. 1 following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
