Our Neighborhood Voices - Coalition and Potential Ballot Measure\nRecommendation: Authorize the City to join the “Our Neighborhood Voices”\nCoalition and consider taking a supportive position on a proposed ballot\nmeasure concerning local land use control, and if appropriate, adopt\nResolution No. 2023-16, expressing support for the “Brand-Mendoza-\nCandell” Tripartisan Land Use Initiative” to amend Article XI of the\nConstitution of the State of California to make zoning and land use\ncommunity affairs, and not of state interest.
