6.10 Consideration of Award of Contract No. CITY-1515 Chino Ranch Dam No. 1 Riprap Project at Arnold Reservoir to GCI Construction, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $501,835.00 and adopt Notice of Exemption regarding same RECOMMENDED ACTION: Award the Contract to GCI Construction, Inc. in the amount of $501,835.00, and adopt a Notice of Exemption for the project.
