DISTRIBUTE and advertise the transmitted RFP for Hauling Services for\nMunicipal Solid Waste in the City of Los Angeles from Central Los Angeles\nRecycling and Transfer Station utilizing Alternative Fuel Tractor­Trailers;\n2. EVALUATE the proposals, and based on the established rating criteria,\nselect and interview the most qualified proposer(s);\n3. NEGOTIATE a contract(s) with the most responsive proposer(s); and\nAUTHORIZE the General Manager of the Bureau of Sanitation to:\n1. DISTRIBUTE and advertise the transmitted RFP for Hauling Services for\nMunicipal Solid Waste in the City of Los Angeles from Central Los Angeles\nRecycling and Transfer Station utilizing Alternative Fuel Tractor­Trailers;\n2. EVALUATE the proposals, and based on the established rating criteria,\nselect and interview the most qualified proposer(s);\n3. NEGOTIATE a contract(s) with the most responsive proposer(s); and\n4.
