Approve the First Amendment to the Site Lease Agreement with SBA\nMonarch Towers I, LLC (“Tenant”).\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the First Amendment to the Site\nLease Agreement on behalf of the City Council, in substantially the form\nattached hereto, and in such final form as may be approved by the City\nAttorney.
