J. Consideration and possible action to approve a restated license agreement between the City and Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership for continued operation of a wireless telecommunications facility at the Ken Dyda Civic Center. (City Attorney’s Office) Recommendation: 1) Approve a restated license agreement between the City and Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership (DBA Verizon Wireless) for maintenance, minor upgrades, and continued operation of a wireless telecommunications facility at the Ken Dyda Civic Center located at 30940 Hawthorne Boulevard; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the License Agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
