Item No. 25. 2024-0684 CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONTRACTS FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSES, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT WITH DELL MARKETING L.P. (CITY COUNCIL) Recommendation: 1. APPROVE a contract with Dell Marketing L.P. for software licenses, including software maintenance, and software support for a total contract amount not to exceed $865,174.20, for a term of 3 years. 2. APPROVE Microsoft Enterprise Enrollment Agreement. 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contracts with Dell Marketing L.P. and Microsoft after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
