SALARY RESOLUTION FOR UNREPRESENTED EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES Adoption of the attached Resolution will update the Executive Management and Management Salary Resolution to add a new classification of Deputy City Manager - Real Property. Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 24-49 to update the Executive Management and Management Salary Resolution. RESOLUTION NO. 24- 49 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS FOR UNREPRESENTED EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES, AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION 23-50 Fiscal Impact: The annual salary range for Deputy City Manager - Real Property is $207,873 to $265,304; with benefits, the estimated annual cost to the City is approximately $260,000 to $330,000. The position is currently vacant and will not be filled until completion of the upcoming recruitment process. No additional budget appropriation is required at this time due to cost savings from various vacant positions.
