18. 24-577 Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and authorize execution of a construction contract with TTS Engineering Inc in the amount of $174,624 for the Retaining Wall Rehabilitation Project, CC-1770 Recommended Action: A) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by TTS Engineering in the amount of $174,624; and, B) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form approved by the City Attorney; and, C) Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute change orders not to exceed a total of 15 percent of the contract construction costs, or $26,194.
