H. Consideration and possible action to issue a Request for Proposal for a development impact fee study. (Ramos) Recommendation: 1) Review the Finance Advisory Committee’s (FAC) recommendation to initiate a development impact fee study (also known as a Nexus Study) to potentially establish appropriate impact fees for future development projects; and, 2) If deemed acceptable, direct Staff to issue a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified fee consultants to develop the Nexus Study for consideration by the City Council at a future meeting.
