15. ESTABLISHING A SUBCOMMITTEE OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO ADVISE THE COUNCIL ON TUSTIN LEGACY MATTERS At its August 20, 2024, meeting, the City Council directed City staff to agendize consideration of a standing Council Subcommittee focused on Tustin Legacy matters. Recommendation: It is recommended that the City Council establish a Subcommittee of the City Council to advise the Council on Tustin Legacy matters as described further within this staff report. Fiscal Impact: Additional public meetings would utilize existing resources and are expected to incur nominal additional expense to the City.
