Consideration and possible action to reassign a professional services agreement for state lobbying services with Renne Public Policy Group, LLP to California Public Policy Group Inc. effective October 1, 2024. (Jun) Recommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the professional services agreement (PSA) to reassign state lobbying services with Renne Public Policy Group, LLP (RPPG) to California Public Policy Group, Inc. (CPPG) effective October 1, 2024; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No. 3 to the PSA, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney. Agenda Report
