Consideration and possible action to accept and appropriate Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funding for the Goat Vegetation Management Project.  (Ramos) Recommendation: Accept and appropriate $914,977 of Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funding in FY 2024-25 via the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) for the Goat Vegetation Management Project.
