APPROVAL OF AUTHORIZATION TO INVITE BIDS FOR BUILDING DEMOLITION AT 5003 SERENO DRIVE The City Council is requested to approve a draft bid package, specifications and plans for the building demolition of existing building at 5003 Sereno Drive, and authorize staff to advertise the project for bids. Recommendation: 1. Approve the draft bid package, specifications and plans for the building demolition of existing building at 5003 Sereno Drive, and authorize staff to advertise the project for bids, upon completion of asbestos testing and finalization of plans as necessary; 2. Grant the City Manager the ability to award the contract up to $125,000; and 3. Receive and file bid results and award of contract for the Project at a future meeting.
