Pursuant to LAMC Section 12.24 W.4, a Conditional Use to permit the expansion of an auto related\nuse (vacuum cleaner stations) within 500 feet of a residential use or zone, and deviations from and\nthe following deviation from the operational standards of LAMC Section 12.22 A.28 for:\na. Project is proposing hours of operation from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and\n7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday in lieu of 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m and 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on\nSunday in lieu of 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. as otherwise limited by LAMC Section 12.22 A.28(b)(5);\nb. Project is requesting the legalization of an up to eight feet over-in-height fence in lieu of the 36\ninches otherwise permitted in the front yard for automotive uses on Sepulveda Boulevard and\nHalbrent Avenue per LAMC Section 12.22.
