9. CENTRALSQUARE IMPROVEMENTS AND INTEGRATIONS RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to enter into agreements with CentralSquare Technologies, LLC (CentralSquare) for various software subscriptions and integration/implementation services; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to enter into any additional agreements with CentralSquare if additional integrations/implementations are necessary.
