A. APPROVAL OF TWO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL ELECTION RESEARCH SERVICES – PROBOLSKY RESEARCH AND GRASSROOTSLAB City Council is requested to award a consultant service agreement for municipal election research service and a consultant service agreement for strategic advisory services. Presenter: City Manager Recommendation: 1. The City Council is requested to approve a consultant service agreement for municipal election research service with Probolsky Research and a consultant services agreement for community outreach and public education with GrassrootsLAB; 2. Appropriate a total of $56,600 from General Fund Reserves for municipal election research service and community outreach and public education; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements.
