17. Hawthorne Public Housing Agency Implementation of Small Area Fair Market Rent (SAFMR) Payment Standards RECOMMENDED MOTION: The staff recommend that the City Council: 1. Approve the implementation of the SAFMR for the Hawthorne Housing Authority. 2. Approve the language amended in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan to reflect Hold Harmless Policies. 3.
