DEL TORO]:\nThe City Council will consider directing staff and the City Attorney to\ndevelop a process to grant an amendment to conditional use\npermits of hotels in residential zoning districts to allow on-site\nrestaurants to serve non-guests.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff and the City Attorney to\ndevelop a city-initiated amendment to the conditional use permits of\nhotels in residential zoning districts to allow on-site restaurants to\nserve non-guests under WHMC Section 19.62.070 (Amendments to\nan Approved Project); and 2) Return to the City Council with the\nrecommendation for the new process for further consideration.\nSTAFF REPORT
