5.2 CONCEPT PLAN REVIEW FOR A TOWNHOME COMMUNITY AT 95 ARGONAUT Recommended Action: 1. Conduct a public hearing to review and provide initial feedback on concept plans for a development proposal involving the demolition of an existing office building to accommodate the construction of a townhome community at 95 Argonaut (“Project”); and 2. Appoint two members of the City Council and establish an Ad-Hoc Committee to negotiate the terms of the Development Agreement for the Project, or direct Staff to contract with a third-party consultant to advise the City Council.
