APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR\nPAYMENT OF LEGAL DEFENSE BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD AND ANTONI ALBUS, LLP, PERTAINING TO\nLEGAL REPRESENTATION OF DAVID EHRLICH UNDER\nCONTRACTUAL INDEMNITY PROVISIONS [L. LANGER]:\nThe City Council will consider authorizing City Manager, David\nWilson, on behalf of the City of West Hollywood ("City"), to enter\ninto a First Amendment to the City’s existing Agreement for\nPayment for Legal Services entered into between the City and\nAntoni Albus, LLP ("Agreement"), pertaining to payment for the\nlegal representation of City consultant David Ehrlich. The\namendment proposes to increase the "not to exceed" amount of the\nAgreement from $75,000 to $175,000. All other terms of the\nAgreement remain unchanged by the proposed amendment.\nRECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager, on behalf of the\nCity, to enter into a First Amendment to the City's existing\nAgreement for Payment for Legal Services entered into between\nthe City and Antoni Albus, LLP ("Agreement"), pertaining to\npayment for the legal representation of City consultant David\nEhrlich.\nSTAFF REPORT
