Adoption of an Urgency Ordinance and Initiation of Code Amendment (CA) 24-007 to Amend Section 9-3.501.1 (Accessory Dwelling Units) of Title 9 of the City’s Municipal Code to Make the City’s Regulations that Govern Accessory Dwelling Units Consistent with New State Regulations; and, a Finding that Said Actions are Statutorily Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act Under Section 21080.17 of the Public Resources Code (420.25)
