6.4 Consideration of authorization to advertise for public bids for Contract No. CITY-1531, Grand Avenue Slope Reconstruction and Pavement Rehabilitation from Baker Parkway to Ferrero Parkway, for an estimated cost of $1,860,500.00 RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the plans and specifications and authorize the advertising and receipt of electronic bids.
