Waive the bidding and publication requirements of Council Policy 4.0 and award a purchase\norder to SITE Intelligence Group, in the amount of $178,500 plus applicable tax (to be\nreimbursed by the Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Program), for a two year database\nanalytics software subscription; and authorize the Purchasing Agent, or designee, to execute\ndocuments related to the purchase order.
