7. Approve Professional Services Agreement with 14 consultants, each in an amount not to exceed\n$400,000 per Work Order Package with a total contract amount not to exceed $1,000,000 per\ncontract year per consultant, for on-call materials testing, deputy inspection, and environmental\nengineering and science services to support the Construction Services Division of the Public\nWorks Department each for a two year term, with the City’s option to extend the agreement for\ntwo additional two-year terms, through 2030; authorize the Director of Public Works to execute\nthe agreements and to take the necessary actions to implement and administer the\nagreements; and authorize de minimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and\nconditions of the agreements, as long as such changes are determined to be de minimis by the\nCity Attorney’s Office [C.E.M. Lab, ENGEO Incorporated, G3 Quality, Inc., Geo-Advantec, Inc.,\nGeocon West, Inc., GMU Geotechnical, Inc., Group Delta Consultants, Inc., Koury Engineering\n& Testing, Inc., Leighton Consulting, Inc., Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental\nSciences Consultants, Smith-Emery Laboratories, Inc., Tetra Tech BAS, Inc., Converse\nConsultants, and Twining, Inc.].
