CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9(b)(1) & (3)(B) because there is a significant exposure to litigation in four (4) cases involving claims by Maribel Duenas, Eulogio Duenas, Ana M. Duenas and The Duenas Family Trust, which claims are available for public inspection and copying with the Office of the City Clerk.
