8.6 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2018-03, IMPERIAL HIGHWAY PAVEMENT\nREHABILITATION FROM VALLEY VIEW AVENUE TO WICKER DRIVE - REVIEW OF\nBIDS AND AWARD OF CONTRACT - It is recommended the City Council award the\ncontract for Capital Improvement Project No. 2018-03, Imperial Highway Pavement\nRehabilitation Eastbound from Valley View Avenue to Wicker Drive, to Hardy and Harper in\nthe amount of $945,000; authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of\nthe City; authorize the City Manager to approve addendums to the on-call engineering\nagreements for construction support services in an amount not to exceed ten percent of the\nconstruction cost; and authorize the City Manager to approve additional work up to 20\npercent of the total construction contract cost.\n8.6 CIP No. 2018-03
