5. Approve an agreement with Kittelson & Associates, in an amount not to exceed $1,560,808 plus\na 10% contingency for as-needed extras services, for consultant services for the evaluation of\npedestrian circulation improvement options in the Anaheim Resort; authorize the Director of\nPublic Works, or designee, to execute the agreement and to take the necessary actions to\nimplement and administer the agreement; and authorize the Director of Finance to increase the\nPublic Works Fiscal Year 2023/2024 budget by $1,900,000 to provide Anaheim Tourism\nImprovement District transportation funding for the evaluation of pedestrian circulation\nimprovement options in the Anaheim Resort.
