13. Approve Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Anaheim, the Anaheim\nWorkforce Development Board, and individually with four America’s Job Center of California\npartners to outline the expectations and participation level of each partner in the operations of\nthe local one-stop delivery system for the term beginning on July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025; and\nauthorize the Mayor and the Director of Housing and Community Development, or designee, to\nexecute and administer the MOUs and any corresponding license agreements on behalf of the\nCity [State of California Employment Development Department Wagner-Peyser and\nUnemployment Insurance (EDD), the State of California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR),\nthe County of Orange Social Services Agency (SSA), and North Orange Continuing Education\n(NOCE)].
