L. Consideration and possible action to approve Amendment No. 3 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with Houston/Tyner for the Restroom\nImprovements Project at the Point Vicente Interpretive Center (PVIC).\n(O’Neill/Copp)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the PSA with\nHouston/Tyner to add construction support services to the scope of services\nfor the Restroom Improvements Project at the PVIC, in the not-to-exceed\namount of $10,500, increasing the contract sum from $35,600 to $46,100; and,\n2) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Amendment in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
