16. CONSIDER APPROVING THE PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FOR THE CLEAN POWER ALLIANCE'S ELECTRIC FLEET TRANSITION PROGRAM (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the Participation Agreement with Clean Power Alliance allowing participation in the Clean Power Alliance's Energized Communities Program to receive funding of up to $250,000.00. — 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the agreement and any related documents subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
