AWARD AGREEMENT TO DUDEK FOR THE ADA BEACH ACCESS RAMPS NORTH OF PINE AVENUE AND AT TAMARACK STATE BEACH PROJECT AND AUTHORIZATION OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION, CIP PROJECT NO. 6065 – Adoption of a resolution accepting the proposals and awarding an agreement to Dudek to develop engineering plans and oversee environmental permitting for construction of two Americans with Disability Act-compliant beach access ramps from Carlsbad Boulevard to the beach, one north of Pine Avenue and one at the Tamarack State Beach parking lot, for an amount not to exceed $793,201 and authorizing an additional appropriation in the amount of $143,800 to Capital Improvement Program Project No. 6065.
