(9)\n18-0678\nCD 11\nBoard of Airport Commissioners report relative to a proposed Fourth Amendment to Terminal Facilities Lease and License Agreement LAA-9037 between Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and American Airlines, Inc. to update the premises to allow for use of temporary space and remove the limit on the amount of tenant renovations that LAWA can acquire prior to December 31, 2024 covering space located at Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX); and administrative and categorical exemptions from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section 2(i) and Article III, Class 1(18)(c) of the City of Los Angeles CEQA Guidelines.
