Standardized Memorandum of Agreement\nRecommendation: Authorize the Sheriff, as an agent of the County, to use a\nstandard Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the various foundations and\nsupport groups that the Department collaborates with in accordance with the\nCounty Fiscal Manual (CFM) Section 16.1.3; and execute all amendments and\nmodifications to the MOA as necessary, for the effective collaboration in\naccordance with the CFM.
