C. FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP APPROVAL FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 83584, A THREE- UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AT 9014 PENTLAND STREET The City Council is requested to approve Final Parcel Map 83584 to allow the property owner to record the map. Recommendation: 1. Review and approve the final subdivision map for Parcel Map No. 83584 (Attachment “A”); 2. Authorize the City Clerk to certify Parcel Map No. 83584; and 3. Find the project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) of the California CEQA Guidelines.
