5.2 Approval of Amendment No. 2 to the Maintenance/Service Agreement (2020-44) between the City of Westminster and General Pump Company, Inc. for Well Pump Maintenance & Repair at Various Locations. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the subject Amendment No. 2 to the existing Maintenance/Service Agreement (2020-44) with General Pump Company, Inc.; and B. Authorize the City Manager execute it on the City’s behalf, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
