5.3 Award of Contractor for the CDBG 24-25 Street Improvements - Project No.: CDBG 24-25. RECOMMENDATION: A. Approve the award of contract to the lowest and responsible bidder in the amount of $546,646.00 to Copp Contracting, Inc.; and B. Authorize a 10% contingency in the amount of $54,664.60 for potential change orders; and C. Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
