14. RECRUITMENT FOR THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENT SUBCOMMITTEE RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Direct Staff to proceed with the recruitment for the Planning Commission and Traffic Improvement Subcommittee; and 2) Appoint two members of the City Council to a subcommittee to interview the applicants and recommend appointments for Council approval; OR 3) Reappoint any/or all members of the Planning Commission or Subcommittee to the Traffic Improvement Subcommittee and Planning Commission.
