21. 25-034 Item Submitted by Mayor Pat Burns, Mayor Pro Tem Casey McKeon, and Council Member Don Kennedy - Bolsa Chica Senior Project Ad Hoc Committee Notification Recommended Action: The City Council approve the Ad Hoc Committee’s recommendation to direct the City Manager to work with the City Attorney to send a letter to the Project Proponents notifying them of the Ad Hoc Committee’s intent to further evaluate the information presented to the City Council and the public at the October 15th, 2024, Hearing, which was relied on prior to the Council Members casting their votes.
