20. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE PURCHASING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MISSION CRITICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS INC. (MCIS) (C22-045) FOR INTEROPERABLE PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to add products and services to the Scope of Services for an additional amount of $113,740.31 thereby increasing the total not to exceed contract sum to $333,674.85. — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
