14. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND CBJ, LP DBA LOS ANGELES BUSINESS JOURNAL (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 1 between the City of Carson and CBJ, LP DBA Los Angeles Business Journal. — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Amendment following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
