6.1 Appointments of Council Members to Represent the City on Various Government Agency Boards for 2025-2027. RECOMMENDATION: A. Appoint members to represent the City of Westminster on outside Government Agency Boards; and B. Appoint a delegate to the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) and adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA, DESIGNATING AND APPOINTING ITS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.”
