23. Community Cultural Broker Program Pilot Program Evaluation and\nExpansion\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Hahn and Horvath: Instruct the\nDirector of Children and Family Services to enter into a funding agreement,\neffective the date of execution through June 30, 2025, in the amount of\n$2,580,000 with the Center for Strategic Partnerships’ fiscal agent, Southern\nCalifornia Grantmakers (SCG), to fund a community-based organization for the\nprovision of the Community Cultural Broker Program (CCBP) pilot services and\nsupports identified in the LA County Comprehensive Prevention Plan, fund the\nconsultant identified for the program evaluation of the CCBP pilot services, and\nfund the community-based organization for the provisions of the CCBP pilot\nexpansion services and supports identified in Service Planning Areas (SPAs) 1,\n2, and 5; and authorize the Director to take the following actions:\nExecute amendments to the funding agreements with SCG for any\nnecessary changes, or to increase or decrease the funding amount\nduring the term of the agreement, to accommodate increases or\ndecreases in services, provided sufficient funding is available for\nincreases; and\nTerminate the funding agreement with SCG for contractor’s default,\nCounty's convenience, or if the contractor initiates termination for\nconvenience.
