22. Long Beach - East Los Angeles Corridor Mobility Investment Plan\nCommunity Programs\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Hahn and Solis: Adopt the “Long\nBeach-East Los Angeles Corridor Mobility Investment Plan” (Plan) Community\nPrograms, as a priority for the County to support in their development and\nimplementation; direct the Chief Executive Officer to designate a County\nDepartment liaison for each of the 15 Community Programs identified in the\nPlan, where such liaisons should do the following:\nProvide technical assistance, including historical background, reference\nmaterials, recommendations for community-based and other\norganizations to provide assistance, and connections to other\ngovernment agencies to advance the Community Programs;\nIdentify existing programs and resources related to such Community\nPrograms, that can be made available, or are already available to\nresidents within the corridor;\nSupport grant application efforts for the Community Programs; and\nParticipate in any working group(s) created for the purpose of\ndeveloping and implementing any of the Community Programs; and\nDirect the Chief Executive Officer to report back to the Board in writing in 120\ndays on the above.
