8. TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES CONTRACT RECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council: 1) Ratify the City Manager’s approval of an agreement with AppleOne for Temporary Staffing Services and increasing the not to exceed amount; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to contract with AppleOne for additional temporary services if needed.
