G. Consideration and possible action to award a professional services agreement to Watearth, Inc. for engineering and support services for the Sidewalk Management Program. (Ascensio) Recommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement to Watearth, Inc. for engineering and support services for Phase 2 Design of the Sidewalk Management Program (Capital Improvement Project No. 8861), in the amount of $84,277 with a 15% contingency of $12,642, for a total amount of up to $96,919; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.
