CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR A closed session will be held, pursuant to Government Code § 54957.6, with the City Manager, Deputy City Manager, and City Attorney, acting as its negotiators, regarding labor negotiations with the Rancho Palos Verdes Employee Association (RPVEA) and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees District Council 36 (AFSCME DC36).
